Spiritual Coaching
Transition Life Coaching is a spiritual coaching service that deals specifically with the challenges of life changes and loss. This includes practical and spiritual elements in combination, in ways that will vary depending on your needs.

The term "death" is scary, but this is not just about dealing with physical death and loss. The birth of a child, graduating from high school or university, moving house, getting married, and changing careers all involve transformations that are like little "deaths." Our identity and role may change substantially.
​
Our problem with "death" shows up in our fear of change; we may fear that what is new is worse--"the devil you know is better than the devil you don't."
​
Challenges also occur when these "deaths" are delayed and we feel stuck, or when big change has happened, and we have no idea what to do next, or how to live our new life.

As a spiritual coach, I don't tell you how to live your new life; I am here to help guide you through your negotiation of the past and the future, and what comes next for you.

Life Assessment Reading
2 hours / $450
A detailed evaluation to help you understand where you have come from and where you are at emotionally and psychologically, and where your life path may be changing. We’ll also discuss any specific areas you’d like to cover during the session.

2 Astrological overviews (Vedic and Western) to determine your birth influences and karma.

Human Design reading to look at your energetic style, life strategy, and strengths/weaknesses

Tarot and Oracle card readings to focus on general and mental wellness issues, and to advise on the path forward.

Distance Reiki to focus on rebalancing and grounding the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being.

Spiritual Coaching/Mentoring

The content of a spiritual coaching session is entirely dependent on you and your needs. The Life Assessment Reading is a recommended but not necessary starting point for sessions. You can email me if you have specific questions about any component below.
My coaching method includes both practical and spiritual components, and how much of each I use depends on the situation.

Rahanni Celestial Healing
45 minutes / $65
Rahanni is a 21st century healing modality sometimes known as "Reiki on steroids." Invoking angels, Archangels, and Rahanni Masters, the focus is on opening the heart center, and is a powerful tool for emotional healing. This is a very intense type of healing, recommended for those who are ready to do deep emotional work.
